CONNECTIVITY with the 200/730 after CREATORS UPDATE

1. Start admin/Power Shell or a command prompt as administrator.

a. Right click on start, select Windows Power Shell (Admin) -OR-

b. Enter cmd in the search box; then right click and select Run as Administrator.

2. A dialog box shows; then enter these two lines: (you can copy by high-lighting the two lines below with Ctrl +C; then click in the blue box and select Ctrl + V to paste the lines)

REG ADD HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\RapiMgr /v SvcHostSplitDisable /t REG_DWORD /d 1 /f

REG ADD HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\WcesComm /v SvcHostSplitDisable /t REG_DWORD /d 1 /f

3. Restart computer and Windows Device Center will work.
