Uninstall or reinstall Microsoft Visual C++
The Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable Package contains library files required to run applications developed with Visual C++. If your computer does not have the correct version of Visual C++ installed, BERNINA Version 7 and later versions will install it automatically. If the Visual C++ installation is damaged or removed, you must reinstall it.

If you are not comfortable doing these steps on your own, you can find expert assistance by consulting your computer's manufacturer or a Windows expert.
