Dongle recognition

Does anyone answer questions posted??
I am waiting for a reply.
There is no problem with sales persons selling Bernina products but after you are sucked in, don't even think about HELP!

If you want to be ensured of an answer from a Bernina agent, I would always recommend you open a software support help ticket at: and click on the Software Support tab.

This is an open forum where anyone can answer, including Bernina staff, but it is only monitored as time allows.

You don't mention what software version you have and what operating system you are running, but I would start with making sure you have downloaded and installed the latest dongle driver from the web site, following the instructions provided.
