My Version 4 software will not install on my new Windows 7 laptop. I was told I would have to install it first before I could install my Upgrade Version 5. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated. I can get as far as to the screen to click Install Software and then it just quits and does nothing. I have tried doing the recommeded steps with no luck.

Version 4 is not compatible with Windows 7. If you had previously upgraded your v4 dongle to v5, you would just need to install v5, and go from there. If you need further installation assistance, please open a help ticket at http:www.bernina.com/help and click on software support.
