Answers?

Why doesn't Bernina provide a site to answer specific questions in a technical chat room rather than hoping another user will answer in the forum?

If you send a question to contact us, you get a reply pretty quick (or at least I have)

I wish that too. Cannot seem to find a question for Feed dogs. Can't get mine to come up.
