How do I add a new foot to the machines system?

Hi! I have a Bernina 780 and purchased a new foot, 97D but it isn't a choice under the current available feet on my machine. How do I add it to the machine? It is for quilting.and replacing a older foot no longer available.

I have an 830, and it was part of the firmware update, so would assume the same for you, as well.
