the feed dogs came back up, but I am still getting the same error ERROR: #1010 Maindrive sync Failed! Restart your machine :(

I just bought the770 AE .. I am getting the error #1010. I have tried to turn my machine off and then back on and I am afraid to do anything else... I did try to attach the rod for the presser foot to go up and down and also dropped the feed dogs... the feed dogs won't come back up :(

According to Bernina, no solution is offered other than to restart the machine.
Since you just purchased your machine, I would contact your dealer and see what they have to say. Your machine is under warranty and should not be displaying this message.
