I have an Aurora 430 machine which came with a dongle with art v4. When my lap top crashed it no longer worked on my new PC with windows 10. As I was advised I downloaded Art Link7 which was free. I was excited because it seemed to work well....until I tried to "Write to machine"..... and received the message that I needed EC on PC installed. How do I fix this?

Hi, I have a 440QE and I also have a similar problem. did you get the answer or solution to your problem. when I'm in EC on PC then my connection comes up red. so I gathered its pretty much similar issue
